Programs:

Residential Services offer the least restrictive living environment for the individuals we serve, CLO offers four levels of residential services for adults:

•  Family Teaching Home
•  Extended Family Teaching Home
•  Supervised Apartment
•  ICF/MR Home (provides higher level medical support) 
 
Case Managers serve as the facilitator to ensure that each person obtain and benefit from needed services.

Day Services focus on teaching adults with disabilities ways to fully live, work and participate in their community.

Health and Wellness meets the significant health needs of persons served through its Wellness Clinics, located at the Johnson & Douglas county sites.
 
Behavioral Services consist of professional Behavior Analysts (BA) whose mission is to ensure that behavioral problems are addressed respectfully and effectively, and that optimal learning conditions exist for all people served by CLO.

CLO''s mission is to make a meaningful difference in the lives of adults and children with developmental disabilities. CLO''s goal is to help persons with developmental disabilities achieve personally satisfying and fulfilling lifestyles in the community.  

CLO is nationally recognized for its innovative models of community support for adults and children with significant developmental disabilities, including its Family Teaching Model program, HomeLink Technologies, Children''s Network, and most recently, its Midnight Farm and Virtual Village Initiatives.

CLO will provide approximately $20 million dollars of budgeted services in 2010, and will manage an additional $6 million in services for a sister program that CLO is helping to develop to allow the closure of the oldest institution west of the Mississippi, in Silicon Valley, CA.  Since the late 80''s CLO has helped develop and mentor not-for-profit companies using its service models which collectively today provide a total of $30 million dollars of annual services across three different states.
