Mission: Class ltd's mission is to partner with people with disabilities, their families, and support network, so they may discover their potential, responsibly exercise their choices, and shape their own future.
Programs: Community living services - provides housing and living assistance to mentally handicapped individuals that live in their own home. Approximately 150 people served.
services supervision - provides 24-hour assistance for mentally handicapped individuals that live in group homes. Approximately 178 people served.
day services - provides employment to mentally handicapped adults and children. Approximately 152 people served.
children's services - children's community provides the support for children to be involved in community activities. This includes recreation, extra-curricular school events, and other activities sponsored by community groups. Children's supportive home care provides direct assistance or training in daily living skills, socialization, recreation, personal adjustment, and supervision. Approximately 2 people served. Transportation - transportation supports/services provides safe, timely transportation for individuals in cherokee, crawford, labette, and montgomery counties. Approximately 68,881 one-way rides provided. Medical supports - medical supports services are provided for all class, ltd. Clients. Case management - case management supports/services assists persons and their support networks to identify and coordinate the use of both paid services and natural supports. Supported services should be consistent with the person's capabilities and references, as outlined in the person's essential lifestyle plan (elp). Approximately 409 people served.
