Results:
renovated 1920 school building, 100% increase in the number of people served from 2010 to 2011, added two new initiatives Clarkston Food Security Initiative and Clarkston Youth Initiative to address two chronic problems faced by our community members.

The Center has provided crucial support for community building in the Clarkston area for several years. More recently, the Center has begun expanding the number and variety of services it offers to local residents. I serve with a non-profit organization geared toward empowering, educating and supporting refugee women as they navigate pregnancy and childbirth in the US.
