Andy and Church Dynamics International have been a consultant and supporter to me in two different church ministry contexts. I have really appreciated his honest appraisal in both situations. His focus on the mission and health of the church does not waver. He brings a lot of good ideas to the table for the successful implementation of an overall strategy. He has encouraged and developed a variety of key leaders in various roles. He has discerned things about the ministry that have helped me to see things in a new way. And he has been a genuine friend every step of the way. Stan Baker Pastor, Otego Baptist Church Chair of Pastoral Studies, Davis College

The name CDI brings with it my highest recommendation. CDI doesn’t deal in propaganda or gimmicks for church growth. Their Biblical counsel is based on excellence and making the most of opportunities that already exist. Many of their priorities are to foster better organization, create a user-friendly ministry and to increase communication. The evaluation process is candid but not discouraging. Any suggested changes are merely that, suggestions and recommendations. There was no pressure to adopt any changes. The changes suggested were minor and were made easily, yet, have had a noticeable impact. All counsel was tailored to our ministry and where we were at that time. A fresh perspective from an outside observer was helpful because things were seen differently. CDI’s biggest asset to us was the pastoral support and organizational assistance. They helped us become better organized and brought to fruition many ideas we already had. We were, also, able to build and improve ministry that was already underway. One of our goals was to become a bigger part of the community. In terms of numbers, our mailing list has gone from twenty families to over One Hundred families; all, of which, have participated in ministry events. We had a 400% increase in our Community Day attendance. We have a Hope Through Love program which is a tangible out reach in our community, showing the love of Christ, by meeting material needs. We have increased communication, both inside and ‘outside’ the ministry. The end result is a more favorable position in the community. God did not call CDI or us to make church attenders but disciples. There is a strong emphasis on assimilating new believers into training and ministry in the body of Christ. From now on, everyone that comes on the ministry property is no longer a visitor but a participant. Thanks to Pastor Andy and CDI for working with us. If you chose to work with CDI, you won’t be sorry. If you have any questions, or would like to speak to me personally, feel free to call 570-869-1854. Our experience has been that Pastor Andy has been a great help in focusing our church's energies in better directions with Church Dynamics International materials. His long experience, his ability to gauge what is and is not working well, his individualized treatment of our congregation, his warmth, and his encouragement have all been valuable. I believe that our pastor, who is wise and experienced as well, respects Pastor Andy's insights and took comfort and validation from things that were told him early on in the process. I think it's fascinating to have the conference sessions to stimulate the kind of brainstorming and listening we need to be employing in order to improve our ministry. I didn't know what to expect from a consultant, and I had some fears (thankfully unrealized). We are gradually implementing steps that under God will strengthen our foundation and invite Him to build when He will. I think that our pastor is reassured that God is indeed using the material CDI presents to us through Pastor Andy. I do think it's a blessing for our pastor to feel that way because he's been serving so faithfully for a dedicated interval spanning decades. If he's encouraged, then I'm glad, because he pours tremendous amounts into our lives. May the Lord bless the ministry of Church Dynamics International.

I've personally experienced the results of this organization in...

I was glad to hear the pastor indicate that Pastor Andy had corroborated observations of his or that he'd heard Pastor Andy mention some things that were corroborated by what happened. It gave him additional confidence that we were hearing sound ideas.

What I've enjoyed the most about my experience with this nonprofit is...

It's warm, knowledgable, time-tested, well-organized, researched, and yet not a slave to a a rigid formula or program.

If this organization had 10 million bucks, it could...

Multiply its efforts overseas where it's needed as well Produce more and fancier literature and other materials Welcome aboard coworkers for Pastor Andy in the huge fields of fruitful potentialendeavor

Andy McAdams is thorough, personable and a great help to our congregation. We expect that his approach will assist us in growing our church both spiritually and numerically.

I've personally experienced the results of this organization in...

optimism for the future.

If I had to make changes to this organization, I would...

change nothing.

What I've enjoyed the most about my experience with this nonprofit is...

Andy's enthusiasm for the gospel and the church.

The kinds of staff and volunteers that I met were...

first rate.

If this organization had 10 million bucks, it could...

add staff, advertise and help many small churches get back on track.

Ways to make it better...

we were at the end of the process.

In my opinion, the biggest challenges facing this organization are...

having enough staff to cover all the churches that could benefit from their services.

One thing I'd also say is that...

we appreciate Andy's help.
