The chicago alliance leads chicago's collaborative effort to ensure that everyone has a place to call home.
The chicago alliance strengthens chicago's city-wide system of services working to end and prevent homelessness. We serve as the collaborative applicant for chicago's continuum of care for funding from the us department of housing and urban development, which annually brings $55 - $60 million into chicago for homeless services. We also manage chicago's homeless management information system database, provide data analysis on and recommendations for improving the system's effectiveness and impact. We aso lead the implementation of and reporting for plan 2. 0, chicago's "plan to end homelessness. "

Reviews for Chicago Alliance To End Homelessness
The Chicago Alliance to End Homelessness is a wonderful nonprofit that is an alliance of nonprofit organizations, local and state government agencies, the business community and most importantly, the homeless community themselves, coming together to say it's time to plan on how we will end homelessness in the city of Chicago. This organization both distributes federal funding and coordinates the planning process, measures results, and raises private funds to invest in the solutions.
