Dia de muertos (day of the death) meaning of the traditional altars, and the importance of this traditional holiday. Community awareness: bringing awareness, participation and to be inclusive to entire community. Programs such as taste of mexico: gastronomy festival; essence of mexican food prepared by mexicos most reowned chefs and sommeliers. , un toque de mexico & el latir de mexico with the colorado symphony orchestra a multi-piece professional mariachi group, dia de muertos (day of the death).
