I have seen their visual arts and been very pleasantly impressed. I have experienced dance presentations at the Cathedral and been astounded. From humble beginnings this organization has blossomed from the many blooms planted. What a contribution to each and every participant and to the city in general. Thank you Cathedral Arts Project!

I've personally experienced the results of this organization in...

St. John's Cathedral

If I had to make changes to this organization, I would...

What I've enjoyed the most about my experience with this nonprofit is...

Viewing the children's artwork.

Ways to make it better...

Children could have shown their artwork and receive praise instead of just viewing it on the boards.

In my opinion, the biggest challenges facing this organization are...

One thing I'd also say is that...

Thank you for the difference you make.

The Cathedral Arts Project is a stellar organization. It delivers high quality arts education, leveraging every dollar and resource available. I serve on the Board of CAP and have had the privilege of interviewing community leaders and stakeholders for strategic development. Without fail, CAP is affirmed for the critical and transformative work our staff facilitates. Lives are changed through artistic expression and the guidance of loving, disciplined administrators and teachers. I spoke with a student this week who has been a CAP student for four years. She has grown in artistic skill and confidence so much so that she is applying to an arts middle school. Her family is so proud.

If this organization had 10 million bucks, it could...

establish an endowment that would help guarantee the legacy of arts education.

I have been impressed by the quality of CAP leadership and community interaction. The dedication of the teachers, the inspiration and pride the youngsters demonstrate to their families and peers prove the value of arts education in developing an atmosphere of achievement in what is often a challenging public educational environment.

What I've enjoyed the most about my experience with this nonprofit is...

seeing the excitement and joy of parents as their children present art exhibits and dance and music recitals.

The kinds of staff and volunteers that I met were...

dedicated to providing opportunities for learning and self-expression through the arts while demanding discipline and accountability from the students and families.

If this organization had 10 million bucks, it could...

expand its programs beyond this community and assist many thousands of under served young students toward greater academic and personal achievements, developing future leaders with the communications skills necessary for building better communities.

Without the Cathedral Arts Project many of our city's children would not be able to experience the life-enriching experiences that performing and visual arts provide. In addition by providing programs where the children succeed and overcome adversity Cathedral Arts Project gives children the gift of hope by instilling in them confidence, self-worth and the courage to go beyond their expectations.

I've personally experienced the results of this organization in...

the way that it changes children's lives and family outcomes.

I have been involved with Cathedral Arts for the past three years, and in my opinion, it is the best afterschool program in Jacksonville. By opening a world of creativity and passion into the lives of children, CAP is teaching children that success is possibly in every aspect of their lives.

I've personally experienced the results of this organization in...

meeting the students and talking to them about their classes.

If I had to make changes to this organization, I would...

fund more classes to reach more students.

What I've enjoyed the most about my experience with this nonprofit is...

witnessing the joy that the arts bring to both the students and their families.

The kinds of staff and volunteers that I met were...

dedicated and passionate about the mission.

If this organization had 10 million bucks, it could...

reach every child in Jacksonville with quality arts education.

Ways to make it better...

I could see the children perform more in the community.

In my opinion, the biggest challenges facing this organization are...

available funds.

One thing I'd also say is that...
