2007:
■ 475 low-income adults were directly placed in unsubsidized employment at an average wage of $9.80 per hour for an average of 37 hours per week.
■ At the Adult Literacy Center, about 46% of the adult learners were promoted one or more literacy levels.
■ CAMBA’s violence intervention programs provided support and resources to over 850 families.
■ Over 2,600 HIV-positive clients and their families received supportive services.
■ Over 1,500 families avoided eviction and remained stably housed.
■ More than 200 clients were assisted in achieving U.S. citizenship.

I have worked with numerous non-profits, but none have matched CAMBA consistent commitment to the community it aims to serve.
