Mission: Bunnell Street Gallery nutures and presents innovative art of exceptional quality in all media for diverse audiences.
Programs: Artist in Schools serving 1500 k-12 students in 10 schools in the Kenai Peninsula Borough School District, sponsored by Alaska State Council on the Arts, Rasmuson Foundation, Conoco Phillips and private donors; Visual Art Exhibitions (12 to 14 per year featuring over 100 exceptionally talented Alaskan artists) sponsored by the Paul G. Allen Family Foundation; Concerts, presented monthly, feature professional Alaskan and internationally-acclaimed touring artists sponsored by WESTAF-NEA, and Workshops for Adults (2 to 4 per year) feature nationally-recongized artists and offer continuing education, networking opportunities, hands-on instruction and lecture-demonstrations for emerging and established artists, scholarships available. Additional programs including Life Drawing Group (weekly October-March), Poetry Circle (monthly October - March) and free recital, rehearsal and performance space for art educators and non-profit presenters.
