When I first started with this organization I found what many individuals do.....we know the name but only a few people really know what the Club does within their community. The Club serves any child who needs them, and provides an alternative to day care or remaining at home alone. The Club provides kids with a positive way of life, not just a program but rather opportunities and choices. Clubs are strong character building organizations because kids are held accountable for the choices they make. Because they love coming to the Club each day where they are accepted for who they are, Clubs are blessed to be able to impart important life and job skills to these kids using nontraditional methods/activities. Whehter they are engaging in indoor social recreation, computer lab activities, arts and crafts, leadership training, sports and fitness activities or just spending their time reading, everyone can find something they enjoy doing as well as something at which they can become good. Being the best is not the focus, being the best each child can be is! If you have not checked out this organization you should, it is a great place for your kids, your grand kids and your neighbors kids. It is a great organization where your philanthropic dollars can make a huge difference in a child's life and your volunteer service is always appreciated. The Club's focus is preventation, not costly treatment, rehabilitation, and/or incarceration.

Starting as a board member I've had the opportunity to review this organization from two very unique positions. First as a volunteer & then as their President. It has been my pleasure to work on behalf & with these great kids.
