This organization has a wonderful mission and works tirelessly to fulfill that mission. The job seen on these peoples faces knowing they are contributing to society is a reward unmatched by any material item. Without this organization and others like it these people would not be able to have these opportunities.

More Feedback

I've personally experienced the results of this organization in...

fortune 50 companies utilizing the personnel through AtWork! These are the employees that everyone knows and recognizes immediately and they always put smiles on others faces. Truly inspiring!

What I've enjoyed the most about my experience with this nonprofit is...

the inspiration gained from seeing the successes of those that are placed into jobs in the community and the shear pleasure they get from the jobs they have.

The kinds of staff and volunteers that I met were...

gracious, kind, caring, deeply motivated, and driven.

If this organization had 10 million bucks, it could...

expand it's reach into other surrounding areas needing support services just like what it already does.

AtWork! is full of very passionate and caring people, who will strive to always do the best for the people they serve. I work for them for a year and a half and meeting the staff and clients was a truly life changing experience.

More Feedback

I've personally experienced the results of this organization in...

the clients who are happy that they have activities and jobs .

If I had to make changes to this organization, I would...

increase communication with stakeholders. staff and clients alike to inform them every day about the challenges faced.

What I've enjoyed the most about my experience with this nonprofit is...

the opportunity to meet a population I had previously had no experiene with.

The kinds of staff and volunteers that I met were...

always enthusiaistic and passionate.

If this organization had 10 million bucks, it could...

actually change the face of employment and create a wave of change across the country.

Ways to make it better...

there had been more funds available for people to try out volunteer opportunities.

In my opinion, the biggest challenges facing this organization are...

funding, stigmas and shrinking employment opportunities.

One thing I'd also say is that...

the people that work here show true determination and desire to achieve a goal.
