Top Rated Awards: Coming April, 2014
The GreatNonprofits Top-Rated Awards has been running since 2009. Think of the program like a people’s choice awards where volunteers, donors and people served by the great work of each and every nonprofit can cast their vote in the form of a review to express their appreciation and potentially win nonprofits a spot on the List. Why Should Individuals Participate?
If you’ve already worked for or with a nonprofit and know their good work, what better way to express your appreciation than a review. It’s fast and simple to express your feeling for the work of the nonprofit. And your words do mean a lot. First, if the nonprofit you nominate gets 10 or more 4 or 5 star reviews and maintains an overall average of 4 or 5 stars during the campaign period, they’ll be listed on the Greatnonprofits 2014 Top-Rated Awards List. And with this comes publicity, a shot at $20,000 in advertising online promotion, possible attendance at our annual Tech for Social Good Event.
