Mission:
The Arabian Rescue Mission is dedicated to rescue, rehabilitation and re-homing of arabian horses in need. Our primary goal is to facilitate their gentle release, prior to the necessity of seizure.
Our secondary goal is the education of those handling rescue and rehabilitation, first responders at time of seizure and owners, where surrender may be iminent.
We are charged with the task of discreetly negotiating the release of animals in decline, initiating programs to help owners facing life challenges with their commitment and providing the tools necessary for a safe and legal seizure, where necessary.

Results:
Just in 2012, so far we have helped 400 horses out of bad situations or just into new homes.
We have completed 75% of the repairs necessary due to the damage by Hurricane Irene.
We have purchased a large run-in shed for our main field.
We have purchased a backhoe for excavation and farm work.
We have also leased a facility in KY to house and help twice as many horses!

i volunteer here on weekends and my free days, everyone here is wonderful and cares so very much for the horses. I absolutely love ARM. CJ & Terry not to mention Ashling & Cindy have so much knowledge of horses & how to take care of them. We have been there a long time about 7 years I believe & in that time I have watched CJ (she lives on the premises) wake up every 2 hours during the night to take care of ...
