You are responding to need Surgery for Jacks:

Jacks was adopted by a long haul truck driver. He discovered Jacks limping after jumping in and out of the cab. He didn’t have the funds to have the needed surgery so he returned the dog to Oregon Dog Rescue.  The surgery is scheduled for June 30th and we are hoping to raise the needed $750.00 in donations.
