High School Supplies and Clothing for my son
My son is 15 years old as of June 30 this year, I am in the process of trying to put a little money aside for school supplies and clothing/shoes he will need for his freshman year of high school, I am disabled and taking classes online, his biological father unfortunately does not participate in his life due to past abuse as a small child. I only recieve disability money once a month, so it’s been very hard to put anything aside in advance for the new school year. My husband (his step-father) does work fulltime and does the best he can to contribute to the household costs, however with what he makes and I get we have more bills than income, due to my outstanding medical bills from a past trauma car accident etc. If you think you can spare anything to help us with getting our son off to a good start for the new year coming up it would be greatly appreciated. We provide everything we can and even some we can’t really afford to keep him up to speed with the other kids his age. There are two books required for me to purchase and he is to read before starting the new year one is The Little Prince the author is Antoine de Saint Exupery and the other is The Good Earth by Pearl S. Buck All summer reading is to be completed by September 3rd, and these books are a little expensive, the letter from the school,said they can be purchased at Barnes and Noble, Amazon.com, and some used book stores. These books are a requirement for the freshman year and I am in a state of panic wondering how I am going to be able to purchase them as soon as possible, used books are fine if anyone can help me with getting these for him to read soon. Computer or laptop
I am disabled and involved with Voc. Rehab. to get a part-time job, enrolled in classes online to be a drug-alcohol counselor, I am in desperate nedd of a computer or laptop to finish my classes online soon so that I may pursue my career as a drug/alcohol counselor to youth and adults who can really use my support and guidance and knowledge I have to offer them. I have been unemployed for 8 years and hoping to get back to work part-time very soon, my family is really struggling financially right now due to my husband being the only one working and there is three of us including my son and then four cats that depend on us as well, I know as soon as I can become employed everything will be a whole lot less stressful, right now I am using a computer that was graciously loaned to me for a short time and has to be returned soon to its original owner, if anyone can help me to get a computer or laptop it would be greatly appreciated. And, once I get on my feet I plan on returning to this site and helping someone else in need.

Need office furniture, piano in Miami (women’s residence)
Agape (Miami, FL) needs good quality office furniture (used is fine) for some new employees. Also we are looking for a piano.
Agape is a faith-based residential substance abuse and mental health facility.
