I have supported CGE for the last couple of years after taking a tour. This is an amazing place and a very well run organization. I discovered this Roman Catholic organization (commonly known as the Consolata Missionaries) when a member of their order came to my parish in Saint Louis, Missouri to talk about the work they do (the Archdiocese of Saint Louis has a "Missionary Cooperation Plan," with each parish hosting a different missionary one weekend each year in order for us to learn more about the Church's work outside of the United States). This congregation of priests and brothers was founded in Italy in 1901 and currently serves the spiritual, health, job training and other needs of people primarily in Africa, South America, and Asia. The visitor left a copy of their magazine and I sent in a donation. They only send out two or three mail appeals each year, each for a specific need (such as repairs to a foreign mission health facility, to help with constructing a new church, etc.) and each donation is gratefully acknowledged by a letter from their U. S. Superior who confirms your gift will be used for what it was intended. Perhaps to save money, they regretfully apparently do not publish their quarterly magazine any more, which is a shame because each issue usually was devoted to one major theme and they were quite informative.

As a proud member of the board since 2017 I can say that conviction that through its scholarship programs and grants, the foundation has provided over $190,000 in awards . They believe that the investment in our youth is the greatest service that we can provide. They know that such an investment will grow multi-fold to create our next generation of engineers, educators, business leaders, physicians and lawyers.

Agree with Gray's view. Also, a recent guess presentation by FtW went beyond the basics of their approach (see below), covered many sustainability bases, including three different general ways to look at environmental problems, the basic income idea, and even the over-consumption issue which I've found challenging to do. Besides this, they were ahead of just about anyone in New Jersey on calling for zero carbon and have that unique way of approaching it. While I don't agree with every point, I think it's important to support them. I admire their persistence to keep knocking on the public awareness door, willingness to ask hard questions about more popular approaches, be the contrarian, openness to suggestions and evolution, as they continue to get better at presenting a not-easy message.

Stein Hospice was wonderful in the short time I interacted with them for a loved relative.<br>Their nurse was so helpful in offering suggestions which helped my relative have a peaceful end. I'm very grateful for their service and only wished I had called them in sooner. I highly recommend Stein Hospice for caring for your loved one!

Reimagining Independence for Adults with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities <br>I give to Everas Community Services, an organization that supports individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities as well as sensory impairments through residential programs and day services. This organization has exposed me to new possibilities and broadened my understanding of disability. Before my encounters with the staff and clients at Everas, my perception of what life is like for an adult with disabilities was narrow and skewed. Society all too often stigmatizes disabilities, suggesting that differences are deficits, rather than simply differences. We make assumptions about the quality and value of individuals before we know anything about them, and this is an unfortunate habit we as people need to break. <br><br>Everas Community Services believes in abilities, and more importantly in possibilities. They provide specialized supports for individuals with varying degrees of disabilities so that these individuals can live with dignity amongst their peers. In addition to residential programs, Everas provides access to Day Services so that individuals facing barriers to employment and other opportunities gain access to the supports they need to flourish at work and in the community. They are committed to the people they support, and dedicated to a larger mission of striving for inclusion. <br><br>At Everas, care, quality, and respect are principles that guide every decision, every initiative, and every employee. I am inspired by Everas to give back because every individual has the right to live a meaningful life of purpose. At Everas, they seek first what a person can do, before prescribing labels that are limiting and often untrue. This organization ensures each client lives with the dignity and respect every human being deserves. Everas has motivated me to encourage others to reimagine what independence means for individuals with disabilities, and challenge perceptions. An excellent Ministry that has helped strengthen families for over 18 years through providing Prayer, Pastoral Services, and Provisions (programs, food, clothing, education, toys, benevolence, etc.).

NJHN is a very important part of the humanist community in the state of New Jersey. They have brought together many humanist groups from different counties in an effort to support Humanism and it's cause. I have been a member for only a short period of time. In that time, I have witnessed the passion and dedication NJHN has shown towards their affiliate groups and members. They are very supportive, generous and always willing to help out those who are struggling to find a place to meetup with like-minded individuals who share the same perspectives on life. <br> <br>They are an inspiration to me and have helped me out tremendously when I first started my Humanist group. Any Humanist / Atheist in the State of New Jersey will tell you that we are lucky to have the NJHN. Their group is the epitome of "a Humanist community". I owe so much to them. Members of the Board are not 100% honest with the community of Quail Crest, and also we would like the background of the 'new management " company hired recently.

This charity not only donated books but posters and other supplies for the new library at the school where I volunteer. The founder was very friendly, generous and delivered all supplies in a timely manner! I would recommend this organization to any person wanting to expand libraries at schools or other centers for youth.
